By applying you confirm that you hold a valid retail liquor licence for the address given, that you will sell only to persons meeting the legal drinking age in your state, and that you will verify a government photo ID before every handover. DRINKIT is a listing service — it does not buy, sell, store or transport alcohol, and takes no part in your transactions. Listing is at DRINKIT's discretion and may be withdrawn if a licence lapses.

What does it cost?

Nothing during the pilot. No listing fee, no commission on orders. If we introduce a fee later, partners are told in writing at least 30 days before it applies.

Does DRINKIT take my orders or payments?

No. The customer messages or calls you directly. You confirm the items, the price and the payment method. No money passes through DRINKIT.

Do I have to offer a discount?

No. A discount makes your listing stand out, but shops with 0% are listed the same way.

What if home delivery is not allowed in my state?

Your listing shows "counter pickup only" and customers are told to come to the shop. We never advertise delivery where the state does not permit it.

Who is responsible for compliance?

You are, as the licence holder. DRINKIT lists the information you give us. Age verification, permitted hours, stock and delivery all remain your legal responsibility.
