Rates
Maximum retail price for alcohol in India is fixed by each state's excise department and revised from time to time, often at the start of a financial year. Rates on this site are indicative estimates derived from published state price levels. They may be out of date or incorrect. They are not an offer and create no obligation on any shop to sell at that price. Verify the current price with the retailer before ordering.
Prohibition states
We do not publish rates, listings or delivery information for Gujarat, Bihar, Nagaland, Mizoram or Lakshadweep, or for any other territory where prohibition applies. Nothing on this site should be read as encouraging the purchase, transport or consumption of alcohol in those places.
Legal drinking age
The minimum legal drinking age in India ranges from 18 to 25 depending on the state, and some states set different ages for different categories of liquor. The ages shown on this site are published for general guidance and may not reflect the latest amendment. It is your responsibility to know and follow the law where you are.
