The short version
We do not ask you to create an account, we do not run advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not sell data. Two small preferences are stored in your own browser, and nothing else leaves your device unless you choose to message us.
1. What we store in your browser
Using your browser's local storage, we save:
- Your selected state — so rates and shops stay correct when you move between pages.
- Your age confirmation — a timestamp recording that you confirmed you are of legal drinking age, so we do not ask again on every visit. It expires automatically.
This data stays on your device. It is not sent to us or to anyone else. Clearing your browser data removes it.
2. What we collect when you contact us
If you use a WhatsApp or Call button, or submit the partner application form, you are messaging us through WhatsApp or your phone network. We then hold whatever you send — typically your name, mobile number, shop name, city and excise licence number — for the purpose of responding and, for shop owners, verifying and creating a listing. The partner form does not submit to a server; it simply opens WhatsApp with the text pre-filled, and nothing is sent until you press send.
WhatsApp is operated by Meta and its own privacy policy applies to messages you send through it.
3. Third-party requests
Pages load a web font from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Map and directions links open Google Maps in a new tab; WhatsApp links open WhatsApp. We have no control over what those services collect once you leave our site.
4. Hosting logs
The site is served as static files by our hosting provider, which may keep standard server access logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested) for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to profile individual visitors.
5. Retention
Enquiry and partner application messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain the shop listing, and are deleted on request unless we must retain them for a legal reason.
6. Your choices
- Clear your browser data to remove your saved state and age confirmation.
- Ask us to delete any message or application you sent us.
- Ask us to remove your shop listing — we delist within 48 hours.
7. Children
This site is not intended for anyone below the legal drinking age in their state, and we do not knowingly collect information from such persons.
