1. Who we are
DRINKIT ("we", "us") operates the website at dailydrinkit.com. We publish information about alcoholic beverage brands, indicative state-wise rates in India, and a directory of licensed retail liquor shops that have chosen to be listed with us.
2. We do not sell alcohol
DRINKIT is an information and discovery service only. We do not manufacture, stock, buy, sell, transport or deliver alcohol, and we do not act as an agent for any sale. Every transaction is between you and the licensed retailer you contact. Any order, price, payment, delivery or refund is entirely a matter between you and that retailer.
3. Age requirement
You may use this site only if you meet the minimum legal drinking age in your state. That age varies across India, from 18 to 25 depending on the state. By using the site you confirm that you meet it. We may ask you to confirm your age and may deny access if you do not.
4. Rates are indicative
Alcohol is a state subject in India. Maximum retail price is fixed by each state's excise department and is revised periodically. The rates on this site are indicative estimates intended for comparison only. They are not an offer, a quotation, or a guarantee of price or availability. Always confirm the current price with the shop before ordering.
5. Prohibition states
We do not publish rates, shop listings or delivery information for states and union territories where prohibition is in force. If you are in such a state, this site is not intended for you.
6. Listed shops
Shops are listed on the basis of information they provide to us, including their excise licence number. We make reasonable efforts to verify licences but we do not guarantee the accuracy, current validity or continued availability of any listing. Discounts, timings, stock and delivery radius are set by the shop and may change without notice.
7. Home delivery
Where delivery is shown as available, it is provided by the licensed retailer under its own licence and only where state rules permit it. DRINKIT does not deliver. The retailer is required to verify a government-issued photo identity document before handing over any order.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not use this site if you are below the legal drinking age in your state.
- Do not use it to arrange the purchase of alcohol for a person below that age.
- Do not scrape, copy or republish our listings or rate data for commercial use without written permission.
- Do not misrepresent yourself as a licensed retailer when applying to be listed.
9. Trade marks
Brand names, product names and marks mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners. They are used for identification and descriptive purposes only. DRINKIT is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these brand owners.
10. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on rates, availability, shop details or delivery information published here, or from any dealing between you and a listed retailer.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the location of our registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction.
